The Executive Committee headed by the President & CEO Engro Corp., includes the corporate functional heads of HR and Finance & CEOs of all Engro Corp subsidiaries. The committee meets to discuss performance appraisals and annual business plans. The objective is to work in an advisory capacity to the Engro Corp. President & CEO on the following matters:
- HR Policy setting, management and development of top talent including high potential human resources
- Group business development strategies, scoping new business opportunities and ventures
- Corporate ethics and compliance policy setting
- HSE policies and Group level CSR initiatives
